Drone services Project SPOT

Detecting diseases at an early stage

Detecting the most important diseases in your plantations in the incubation phase before they manifest themselves: this is possible with the help of drone technology and image recognition by means of AI. Predicting the harvest yield and monitoring the plant development is also possible with this technology. The latter in combination with the sensors from our cultivation system.

How does it work?

Multispectral lens, among other things takes images of your fields. These images are automatically analyzed by our software. The analysis shows whether and where fungi (disease carriers or pathogens) manifest themselves.

You can then use local preventive pesticides at these locations. Due to the preventive and local nature of the treatment considerably fewer pesticides are required, thus providing a considerable cost saving in addition to a more sustainable cultivation.

The system is offered as a service with a rate per option, per hectare, depending on frequency and the choice of whether you supply images yourself or have them made by our drones.

Option 1: Black Sigatoka

Recognition of Black Sigatoka in stage 1-2 for early intervention and prevention.

Option 2: TR4 & Moko

Recognition of TR4 and Moko diseases for comprehensive protection.

Additional Services: Predicting crop yields and monitoring plant development are also possible.
